With a comprehensive history in large retail corporations, Lee Ann Sauter has successfully envisioned and implemented a revolutionary approach to resort retail: to apply the profitable corporate structure to the more customer-pleasing, boutique experience. Drawing from fifteen years experience in the field, she brings with her established investor relations and marketing finesse. Mrs. Sauter oversaw the operations and growth for many multi-million dollar regions for The Gap and Tommy Hilfiger. As Vice President of customer store experience for Guess? Inc., she increased same store sales by 118%. In addition to Seaside Luxe LLC, Mrs. Sauter is currently the principal partner for the Blue Orchid Group, a retail executive recruitment company.
ERIC LOPEZ
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Eric Lopez oversees all creative aspects of Seaside Luxe LLC, including store design, architecture, merchandising and marketing. He brings with him over ten years experience in boutique and specialty retail. Holding many positions from field management to store design, Mr. Lopez’s expertise with vendors, designers, and product, allows him to tailor Seaside Luxe LLC’s services to the client. Prior to joining Seaside Luxe LLC, Mr. Lopez completed successful endeavors at William Sonoma Inc., Guess? Inc., Tommy Hilfiger Retail, and Gap Inc.
JACQUELINE CANALES
DIRECTOR OF CORPORATE OPERATIONS
As Director of Corporate Operations for Seaside Luxe LLC, Ms. Canales is responsible for the oversight of the Human Resource Department, Finance Department and the Corporate Office. With over fifteen years experience, Ms. Canales possesses a comprehensive understanding of both the retail and wholesale worlds. Ms. Canales has expertise in management, training, recruiting, and operations. Prior to joining Seaside Luxe LLC, Ms Canales retail experience has included: Guess ? Inc, Ron Herman, Fred Segal, and Gap Inc.
MATT DONAHOE
DIRECTOR OF STORES
Matt Donahoe spearheads store-specific strategies and initiatives on all properties, implementing resort-centric slants on human resources, operations, clienteling, visual merchandising, and sales generation. His prior experience as a Director of Stores, as well as other multi-store leadership roles, leverages the Seaside Luxe, LLC focus on store environment elevation and delivering an unsurpassed experience for clients and customers alike. With a passion for people, product, and presentation, Matt is a hands-on leader focused on affecting change, building skill sets, and delivering results. Before joining the Seaside Luxe, LLC team, Matt enjoyed successful tenures at Max Studio, BCBG Max Azria/Herve Leger, Kenneth Cole, and Guess.
LINDSAY DILLON POTTER
SENIOR MERCHANDISE MANAGER
Lindsay Dillon Potter is at the helm of Seaside Luxe’s buying team. Her passion for retail and love of fashion was sparked at an early age. Lindsay developed her strong analytical skills while attending Binghamton University, where she graduated with a degree in Business Management. Her corporate retail career began at Lord & Taylor. She later held a senior role at Dolce & Gabanna where she bought and managed the US Division. After relocating to Los Angeles she held various leadership positions at Bebe and Bebe Sport in the non-apparel and accessory divisions. Lindsay brings to Seaside Luxe a wealth of knowledge and analysis to our buying team.
LESLIE MCMORROW
SENIOR BUYER
After studying business economics and Asian studies, Mrs. McMorrow lived in Japan where she began to hone her expertise in Asian and Hawaiian aesthetics including art history, photography and interior design. For over ten years, she worked as the creative force behind Kennedy-Wilson’s commercial and residential real estate advertising and marketing campaigns culminating in over $1 billion in domestic and international sales. Most recently, she has collaborated with Barney’s New York in staging fashion benefits on behalf of acclaimed design houses such as Lanvin, Nina Ricci, and Emanuel Ungaro.
FRANKIE STABLER-SHOLEM
SENIOR BUYER
For the past fifteen years, Mrs. Stabler-Sholem has served as a freelance buyer and personal stylist. She combs the world on behalf of her discriminating clientele, importing fashions from locales such as Milan, Paris and Berlin. In addition to fashion, Mrs. Stabler-Sholem has applied her discerning eye to the world of architecture and interior design, acting as design advisor for various homes in Hawaii and Beverly Hills. For five years, she served as a tastemaker for the City of Beverly Hills and, prior, as manager and buyer at various local boutiques and department stores, such as Jax, Bonwitt Teller’s, Fred Segal, and Boulmiche.
JESSICA GRANT
SENIOR BUYER
Ms. Grant manages all buying operations in coordination with the resorts where Seaside Luxe LLC operates. After five years of purchasing experience at the Los Angeles-based, high-end boutique, Fred Segal, Ms. Grant developed exclusive vendor/designer relationships. During this time, she also refined her eye for new and upcoming designers. Promoted to general manager at Fred Segal, Ms. Grant interacted with all branches of retail from sales floor customer service to corporate operations. Her years of experience in the various settings offer valuable insight into the retail industry.
