Seaside believes the shopping experience is as important to guests as the items available to purchase. We are driven to create extra-ordinary shopping environments filled with exceptional merchandise.
LUXE
Luxe, a high-end, lifestyle boutique, is the company’s signature store. Guests have access to coveted designer clothing, such as Missoni, Emilio Pucci and Stella McCartney. Other categories include shoes, accessories, fine jewelry, art and home décor.
Leading interior designer Tim Clarke offers his line of furniture and fixtures, which are exclusive to the Luxe Boutique and may be custom ordered. The store also offers unique products purchased on international buying trips and created by designers for us. Previous, current, and future designer partnerships include Roberto Cavalli, Jean Paul Gaultier, Yigal Azrouel, Kimberly McDonald, Eres, Pomellato and Stella McCartney.
KIDS
CASUAL
The Casual boutique offers quality swim and resort wear for men and women. In a relaxed, stylish atmosphere, this store carries notable national and international designers such as So de mel, Diane Von Furtsenberg, Etoile Isabel Marant, Tory Burch, Chan Luu, Alexis Bittar, Kara Ross, Anne Sisteron, Hayley Style and Joie alongside fashionable sun wear accessories: sandals, hats, sunglasses, beach bags, and signature jewelry. The store also features an exclusive line designed by James Perse, the West Coast master of simple, sophisticated fashions.
ACTIVE
Seaside Active stays on the cutting edge, providing opportunities to test and purchase a variety of training accessories and gadgets. With the property in mind Seaside will tailor-make a world class active store to support the needs of the client. Here the merchandise is made up of Nike, lululemon Athletica, and exclusive designs from Splits59.
GOLF SHOP
With an array of top-of-the-line apparel and gear, the Golf Shop satisfies all golfing needs. One will find items from designers such as Polo, Peter Millar, Travis Mathew, Nike, Thomas Dean, and Minerals. Also featuring designs from Bogner, Lilly Pulitzer and Lija. The ambition of Seaside's Golf concept is to create a custom environment with the needs of the modern golfer in mind.
TENNIS SHOP
The Tennis Shop features state of the art tennis equipment and performance apparel for men, women, and kids. Exclusive designs for men from Nike, Adidas, DNA and Babolat are featured, as well as Polo, Martha McGuinness Lija for women. For kids designs from Little Miss Tennis and Garb are featured
SPA RETAIL
With strong collaboration and extensive research, Seaside Luxe has designed a retail concept with the Spa guest in mind. This shop is tranquil in atmosphere and sophisticated in palette. Today's resort guest expects top of the line spa service and our retail concepts compliment that need. Our goal is to source local vendors a well as established and effective products that guests will come to expect.
SUNDRIES AND LOGO SHOP
Every property needs a sundries and logo shop to satisfy the travelling guest that needs something last minute. Our goal is to re-interpret this need with a well designed and stocked retail venue. Aside from the basic needs that a sundries shop satisfies, we aim to bring the guest unexpected and local items to remember their trip by. Each shop is unique and reflects the property's individual style.
